PEACEFUL USES OF ATOMIC ENERGY Peaceful nuclear technology has been powering people’s lives since the dawn of the nuclear age more than half a century ago. The Atomic Energy is used in the country for many peaceful applications in the areas of power generation, healthcare, agriculture, food preservation, industry and research.
